Why Build Multiple Niche Market Web Sites?

So you’ve ultimately realized that the key to having success on the internet is finding a niche market.  After months of failure, you have found the perfect niche and are investing a great deal of time into developing your niche market web site.  The problem is you still are not having the kind of success you had hoped for.  So why exactly is this?

The problem with having one web site or one revenue stream is the internet fluctuates and evolves far too much to rely on one opportunity.  It is simply not possible to exist on the internet and have success off of one revenue stream because of the multiple opportunities that arise every day.

Think of it as if you were opening your own store in a shopping mall or outlet store.  You probably are not going to get rich off of one store.  But what you would end up doing is branching out and opening a chain of stores.  That is where you see businesses like McDonald’s and Starbucks making loads of money.

If you want to have success on the internet, you have to do the same thing.  You want to eventually build multiple niche market web sites.  Now it will take time, but that is the basic concept you want to follow.

To begin with, find the niche that you want to start marketing in.  Once you have identified the niche, begin building your web site.  Write enticing content, provide products and answers to the questions people are looking for.  And promote on a consistent basis so people begin to recognize your name and your company’s name.

After you have developed your first web site, branch out and start another web site associated to the same niche.  Make sure your second web site offers something different that connects to the first one in some way.  And to save yourself time on the second web site, keep the same templates and design.  This way people can connect your multiple niche market web sites to each other.

The key is to not forget about your first web site in the process of creating more.  The second you forget about the first web site, you will have completely wasted your time.  What you want to do is continue developing the first site and every site after that so each of the sites is profitable.

By developing multiple niche market web sites, you are giving yourself the opportunity to build multiple revenue streams.  With the internet fluctuating as it does, the last thing you want to do is put all of your marbles into one bag. Branch out and give yourself a chance to make money in multiple places. This way if one web site is down, you still have income coming from other paths as well.
